GENERAL INFORMATION

FACE Festival of Books is a volunteer organization that aims to provide help and support to the community.

No -- Exhibitors include editors, publishers, artisans, performance producers...and authors!  Publishers are welcome to promote books from multiple authors;  the publishing house name will appear on our advertising, and two representatives are welcome to staff the table.

Applications will be accepted in late July and will be reviewed by the Book Festival Team.  Check back to this website for the live link to apply.  Accepted Exhibitors will be notified by email.

YES!  At your exhibit hall table, you must provide a physical card (postcard or rack card) with the International Standard Book Number(s) and title(s) of Ebooks you plan to promote and sell.

Each participant keeps 100% of their sales.

If you don't already own a point of service smartphone system, please consider setting up Square, Toast, or Lightspeed to handle your own credit card needs.  (Note:  FACE does not have affiliations with these companies).  FACE is unable to provide POS services for other entities.

Yes. Banners, signs, and promotional materials are encouraged, but they must fit within your allotted table space  Visuals on a laptop are okay, but sound/music are not allowed as this intrudes on neighboring tables.

Exhibitors may bring their lunch, snacks and beverages.  We encourage you to eat in the lobby dining area.  The Florence Event Center plans to have concessions open with a lunch menu from 11 AM - 2 PM  Contact a FACE Festival of Book volunteer (wearing a FACE lanyard or Book of Festival apron) to staff your table if needed.

Yes.  The Florence Festival of Books lasts until 4:00 p.m.  If exhibitors pack up early, this gives the appearance of an unsuccessful event.
